GFCF Anzac Biscuits recipe

1 cup gluten-free flour

2 cups quinoa flakes

3/4 cup sugar

125g casein-free margarine (I use Nuttelex)

2 tablespoons golden syrup

2 teaspoons bicarb soda

2 tablespoons boiling water

Mix together flour, quinoa flakes and sugar.

Melt margarine and syrup together.

Mix bicarb with boiling water, add to margarine/syrup mixture, then add this mixture to dry ingredients and combine.

Put spoonfuls (of whichever size you prefer!) onto a lined oven tray, well spaced apart.

Bake at 160C for 20 minutes.
