Gluten-free pizza

I wasn’t keen on any of the prepackaged gluten-free pizza bases- they either had dairy in them, or tasted like cardboard.  My family has enjoyed Jamie Oliver’s Gluten-free pizza base recipe- I substituted non-dairy milk, and just used my usual gf flour blend.  We didn’t use his recommended topping or any cheese, and have become quite creative with our sauces and toppings- sometimes unusual, but we like them!
